Herausforderungen und Perspektiven – Interprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit im Gesundheitswesen

Die Artikelreihe „Neue Berufe im Gesundheitswesen“ stellte verschiedene Berufsbilder vor, die zunehmend Einzug halten. Doch können diese neuen Berufe die Versorgung tatsächlich verbessern, wenn ihre Zusammenarbeit nicht klar geregelt ist? Doreen Herineck warnt vor einer Zersplitterung und fordert verbindliche Strukturen, die die interprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit als Leitprinzip verankern.
